Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Policy

LuckyFlo (operated by JustBenjamin) provides software-as-a-service. Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately, and you will receive instant access to the features associated with your selected plan.

Confirmation of your purchase will be sent to the email address provided during registration. No physical goods will be shipped.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a Free Trial period for new users to evaluate the Service. Because of this:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 7 days of the payment date. A pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard settings under the "Billing" tab. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to a free or suspended state.
