1 Credit = R1.00 of wholesale messaging cost. Each automated message (confirmation, reminder, cancellation) burns a small fraction of a credit. Credits reset monthly with your plan, and you can top up anytime.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Never. LuckyFlo is completely month-to-month. Cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time directly from your dashboard.
Are my clients' payments secure?
Yes. Payments go through your own PayFast Merchant account. LuckyFlo never touches or stores your clients' card data — that's between your client and PayFast.
Can I bring my existing client data?
Yes. On the Ultimate plan, our concierge team handles the migration for you. Simply download your CSV from your old system, send it to us, and we will flawlessly import your full client list and history into LuckyFlo.
Does LuckyFlo take a cut of my bookings?
Zero. Not a cent. You pay a flat monthly subscription. Every rand your clients pay goes directly into your PayFast account.
Is my client data POPIA compliant?
Yes. LuckyFlo is built to comply with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your client data is yours — we are the Operator, you are the Responsible Party. You can export or delete any client record at any time, and we will never sell or share your data with third parties.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase), which maintains 99.9% uptime SLAs and enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. Automated daily backups run 24/7. Your salon data is safer here than in a spreadsheet.
